Scott Sloan PMP
Founder of IMD
Scott has over 23 years of experience in the industrial laundry space.
Starting as an IT manager for a regional laundry system in Ohio and then moving on to developing Route Accounting systems. Over the years Scott has stepped foot into hundreds of laundries in North and South America.
Former Technology Committee member of TRSA
Scott has published articles and presented industry related technologies topics covering Universal Data Exchange between plant processing equipment, Technology Investment Strategies , and the advancement of RFID technology beyond inventory tracking.
During his career Scott is recognized as one of the “ Trusted Go To People” for all things technology.
Kim Sloan
Operations & Project Manager
Kim joined IMD 4 years ago to manage the day to day operations.
With over 20 years of experience firmly based in telecommunications, VOIP, Unified Communication, Cloud Based systems, and client implementations, Kim is the ideal person to manage the back office and keep the lights on for IMD.
Hunter Collins
Technical Consultant
Hunter has worked in textile technologies for over 15 years.
His experiences include support and development of Route Accounting, Dry Cleaning systems, and Dev Ops.
IMD collaborates with Hunter on special projects like our venture into consumer level applications of RFID.
Mike Grant
Technical Analyst
Mike is our newest team member. He brings with him an extensive background in IT Support. He served for 20 years in the US Marine Corp specializing in Telecommunications. Since the military, Mike has worked in Help Desk and IT Support for the past 18 years. He also has several years experience with Graphics and Video Creation / Editing.
